Don’t miss out—get trained and make a difference this summer.Looking to get certified as a lifeguard? Join us for our 3-day Lifeguard Certification Course at Carroll Wellness Center!

✅ TRAINING INCLUDES:
​ 🏊 Lifeguard Training
​ 🩹 First Aid
​ ❤️ CPR & AED

📅 TRAINING DATES & TIMES:
​ • Friday, March 27 | 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
​ • Saturday, March 28 | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
​ • Sunday, March 29 | 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

👨‍🏫 INSTRUCTOR:
​ Blake Phipps — LGI, WSI, CPO​ — ​blake@carrollwc.com

💲 COST:
​ $200

✅ PRE-REQUISITES:
​ • Must be 15 years old by the end of the course
​ • Swim 300 yards continuously (freestyle & breaststroke)
​ • 2-minute tread water using legs only

​ Timed Event (1 minute 40 seconds):
​ • Swim 20 yards
​ • Surface dive to retrieve a 10 lb. brick from the deep end
​ •​​ Swim back with the brick (on back, using both hands)
​ • Exit the pool

📋 TO ACHIEVE CERTIFICATION:
​ • Attend all scheduled training days and times
​ • Pass the pre-test and all written & practical exams

Upon successful completion, participants will receive certification in:
​ 🏊 Lifeguard Training | 🩹 First Aid | ❤️ CPR/AED

📧 IMPORTANT – PLEASE READ:
​ ✔️ Once you sign up, register, and submit payment, you will be officially enrolled in the class
​ ✔️ After enrollment, participants will be required to complete the online blended learning portion of the course
​ ✔️ The online portion must be completed prior to the in-person course and no later than Friday, March 27
​ ✔️ A valid email address is required at registration — this is how you will receive your blended learning link and official certification
